Registration has closed for 2025!

The cost is $125 per golfer, which includes beer, hot lunch and dinner.

If you do not want to golf and only want to join us for beer and dinner then the cost is $40.

 

Please read the instructions carefully before registering.

Please follow these two steps for registration and read below for additional clarification: 

​

1. Register by filling out the form below: ​

​

• Upon registration, the Group Leader will pay for the entire foursome ($500). Only one member of your team needs to fill out the form below. You will need to list all 4 members in your foursome. If one of your golfers is TBD, please specify and let us know as soon as you have a golfer.

2. Pay for your registration: 

​

• Select a payment method when filling out the form below.

  • Online through Paypal or Venmo (@KevinBoyer-MemorialFund)

  • Send a check made out to "Kevin Boyer Memorial Fund” to 2639 Wooster Rd. Rocky River, OH 44116

  • Cash or check at the event

• If you plan to pay online, please click on "Pay Online Now" after filling out the form.  

• Be sure to choose the correct number of golfers! If you are paying for a foursome, please select ​four golfers ($500) at checkout.
